216+ molds produced by us for ODM customer to choose, any one you like could be produced into product with your own brand and packaging.
We also can manufacture mold and produce products according to customer’s ID graphic and provide OEM service.
Design and Molding
We have a world class design, R&D team with an average of 14 years experience of computer peripherals industry, including ID design, mock up design, structure design, electronic design and mold design.
Mold manufacturing and assmebly are completed by oursevles, since 2010, we have produced more than 216 sets of tooling, so we are capable to open and manufacture mold according to customer’s own idea and design.
▶ Launch 3-4 mice designs every month.
▶ Launch a new keyboard design every two months.
▶ Complete a new mouse mold every 45 days and trial production should be completed within 60 days.
▶ Every 90 days to complete a keyboard mold manufacturing and trial production.

Presently we have 12 production lines and most of them are automated ones.
▶ SMT capacity is 800,000 points per day.
▶ Bonding 3,000,000 lines per day.
▶ Two automatic oil painting lines can spray 60,000 mice per day.
▶ Manufacturing 42,000 pcs PCBA and 42,000 pcs mice per day.
▶ Testing total 126,000 times for PCBA, SMT and bonding module per day.
At the same time, we are constantly expanding our production capacity. The production and manufacturing will turn to AI automation lean manufacturing in an all-round way.
